Orders from within New Zealand should arrive within 3-5 working days of placing your order. Please allow an extra day if the address is Rural Delivery.

At this time, we are not offering international shipping. We apologise for any inconvenience.
We use Stripe payments, which provides you with a fast and streamlined service, and accepts most credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST)
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. We are happy to replace the item or refund you if the product is faulty, or we can offer a Gift Card to the same value. Consumer law in New Zealand does not require retailers to refund goods if customers change their minds.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, and we require proof of purchase. You have two weeks from the date of purchase to exchange an item for a gift card to the value of the item at the time it was purchased.

Damaged merchandise will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.
